MakerVerseOS is our AI-powered system that helps you move from design to delivery faster and with less effort.
We match your order with the best-fit production partner from our global, vetted network, primarily in Europe.
If you have specific sourcing preferences (e.g., country of origin), you can note this in the “Custom specifications” field while quoting, or inform your account manager directly by email.
Lead times vary depending on the technology, complexity, and location. Your quote includes an expected shipment date upfront.
Yes, batch shipments are possible, but they must be discussed and agreed upon during the RFQ (Request for Quotation) stage so they can be properly accounted for in planning and pricing.
Requests for batch shipments made after production has started may not be feasible, as production is typically scheduled for a single, full delivery. Splitting the delivery into batches can require alternative logistics and planning that may not be possible once manufacturing is underway.
If you’re considering batch shipments, please mention this early in the process.
First, log in to the MakerVerse platform.
Go to the Transactions section to view your order list.
Find the order you want to reorder and click the Reorder button.
Update any specifications if needed, then proceed to checkout to place your new order.

The minimum order value is €250 per order.
This ensures we can maintain the high standards our customers expect, including quality control, engineering reviews, secure logistics, and dedicated account management, even for smaller production runs.
There is no minimum quantity; you can order just one part.
However, there is a minimum value of €250 per order, regardless of quantity.
This allows us to maintain our quality standards, including engineering reviews, quality checks, and dedicated support.
No. We require valid business verification to handle or fulfil your order.
Without one of these, your order cannot be processed.
Yes. But if you don’t provide a valid EU VAT ID, we must charge 19% German VAT, even if the parts are delivered outside Germany.
Pricing depends on the complexity, size, and requirements of your design, so there is no flat rate.

If you encounter any issues with the parts you received—such as deviations from specifications, damage during transport, or missing components—please contact our support team as soon as possible. You can reach us either via live chat on our website or by emailing us at support@makerverse.com.
To help us investigate and resolve your issue efficiently, please include the following information in your message:
The more complete and accurate the information, the faster we can assess the situation and provide an appropriate resolution, whether that’s a replacement, rework, compensation, or further investigation. Your satisfaction and the quality of your parts are our top priority.
To complete an order, please make sure the following steps are done:
Email verification: If your email isn’t verified, a pop-up will appear during checkout. If you click ‘Cancel’, the order won’t go through.
VAT ID confirmation: Even with a verified email, you’ll also need to confirm your VAT ID by clicking ‘Verify’ in the relevant field.
If you’ve checked both and still can’t place an order, reach out to us via chat or email at support@makerverse.com. We’re happy to help.
Once an order is placed or in production, updates can’t be made directly on the platform.
To request changes, contact your Account Manager or our support team as soon as possible. If the update is still feasible, please note that it may result in adjustments to pricing and lead time.
Our quotations are based solely on the files provided to us at the time of the inquiry. Any drawings or data submitted subsequently or changed with the order cannot be automatically taken into account. Should there be any changes to the parts, we require prior notification as well as the updated documentation for technical evaluation. Only in this way can we verify whether the parts remain manufacturable or if a new quotation is necessary.
Please ensure that we receive all final and approved data before placing the order. Changes made after the quotation phase are outside of our responsibility and cannot be reflected in our system.
Modified parts are considered new parts by us and require a corresponding re-evaluation.
If there’s an issue with your order, such as damaged parts, missing quantities, incorrect items, late delivery, or missing documentation, please submit a claim using our Order Feedback & Claim Form.
The form helps our support and engineering teams process your case efficiently. You’ll be asked to provide:
Order number (found on your order confirmation or delivery note)
Positions affected and quantity impacted
Description of the issue (be as specific as possible)
Issue category (e.g. defective part, missing parts, wrong item, late delivery, missing documents, or other)
Photo documentation to illustrate the problem
Once submitted, our team will review your claim, investigate the cause, and follow up with the most suitable resolution, such as rework or remake.
If your voucher is expired, a small pop-up will notify you, but it will still appear in your quote (though no discount will apply).
If the code is not valid, the field will remain empty.
Still unsure? Contact us via chat or email for support.
Click the green feedback tab next to the price to share your input. It helps us improve.
If you’d like a more tailored offer, contact your account manager or request an engineering review by selecting the “Request engineering Review” option. We may be able to suggest alternatives based on materials, quantities, or lead times.
Start by reviewing your file and specifications. Rejections are often due to design or material limitations.
You can update and resubmit your RFQ directly on the platform. If your quote includes multiple positions, the platform will indicate which ones are producible and which are not.
If none of the positions are feasible, one of our specialists will follow up with you via email to explain why and suggest possible next steps. You’re also welcome to contact your account manager or support@makerverse.com anytime for support.
No worries, we’ve got you covered.
Your customer support contact or account executive will reach out to you shortly with the details. A support ticket will also be created to track the issue.
If possible, we’ll suggest alternatives so you can move forward quickly.
